In England children are entitled to 15 hours of free childcare funding a week. This is provided by nursery schools throughout England staffed by teachers and assistants to give a non-compulsory phase of education to children before being enrolled in primary schools. These facilities are meant to provide an educational experience through playing where kids are encouraged to be their silly selves.
